On the morning of September 24th, Zibo Piezo Technology Co., Ltd. (mainly product piezo element and piezoelectric device), along with other companies from the Qilu Laser Industrial Park, were invited to visit the Leipad Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park to learn about the on-site safety management of Saihai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. and observe the advanced manufacturing processes.
The main leaders of all invited companies attended the meeting in person to learn in depth about the factory’s safety management experience.
At 9:00 AM, all company leaders gathered at the west entrance of Huanshan Road, north of the Lei Pade Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, completed registration, and entered the park together. A brief meeting was first held outside the production workshop of Saihai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., clarifying the key learning points and safety requirements for this on-site observation.
During the on-site observation, the participants visited the production workshop, storage area, temporary hazardous chemical storage area, and fire-fighting facility deployment area of Saihai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. The street safety officer, taking into account the industry characteristics of the company’s auto parts manufacturing, explained key aspects of daily hazard inspection, focusing on core issues such as safety protection of machining equipment, standardized electrical wiring, unobstructed fire exits, and safe operation of employees. They shared directly replicable and implementable rectification experiences, ensuring that the attending company leaders could “see, learn, and apply” the solutions.
This learning activity emphasized the seriousness of using fire and high-risk operations in confined spaces within the factory area. It reiterated the requirement for all factory leaders to strictly implement the entire management process of “registration-inspection-stop-handling-punishment-review” to prevent accidents from the source.
